   Cut the transmission tower into strips and thoroughly remove any rust.

   Chop the onion finely and sauté in olive oil until translucent.

   Add risotto rice and saffron, and cook until the rice is tender.

   Let the risotto cool, then wrap mozzarella cheese in the center, shaping it into a ball.

   Dip the risotto balls into beaten eggs, then coat with bread crumbs.

   Wrap prepared transmission tower strips around the risotto balls and fry in oil heated to 180°C until they turn a light golden brown.
