   Lightly blanch the spinach, drain, and chop finely.

   In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, chopped spinach, salt, and black pepper.

   Place tomato sauce in a heatproof dish and line up the wrapped cannelloni. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
