Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, and stir-fry the chicken over medium heat. Add chopped onion and carrot, continue to stir-fry.

Pour in the beaten eggs, mix well with the rice, and cook thoroughly.
