   Mix ground beef, egg, and breadcrumbs in a bowl.

   Finely chop the onion, soak in milk, then add to the meat mixture.

   Add salt and black pepper, mixing thoroughly to combine.

   Bake in a 180°C oven for 45 minutes. Remove and cool slightly.
