Fountain Pen Nib Terrine

This Fountain Pen Nib Terrine is a traditional French dish. The smooth texture of the nib complements the softness of the terrine. Ensure to wipe off any ink residue from the nib beforehand.

chicken liver200g
heavy cream100ml
egg2
carrot1
white wine50ml
bacon4 slices
fountain pen nib1 piece

作り方

    Wash the chicken liver and marinate with white wine.

    Slice the carrot thinly and sauté lightly.

    Blend the chicken liver, heavy cream, eggs, and sautéed carrots in a food processor until smooth.

    Line a mold with bacon slices and pour the paste in.
