| heavy cream | 100ml |

| carrot | 1 |
| white wine | 50ml |
| bacon | 4 slices |

作り方

Wash the chicken liver and marinate with white wine.

Slice the carrot thinly and sauté lightly.

Blend the chicken liver, heavy cream, eggs, and sautéed carrots in a food processor until smooth.

Line a mold with bacon slices and pour the paste in.
