Potatoes150g
Heavy cream50ml
Olive oil30ml
Garlic1 clove
Shredded cigar (moistened before shredding)1 stick
Baguette slicesAs needed
SaltTo taste
Black pepperTo taste

作り方

    Rehydrate the salted cod and boil

    Boil potatoes with skin and mash them

    Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan

    add cod and potatoes

    stir-fry

    Add heavy cream and mix until smooth

    Turn off heat and stir in shredded cigar to infuse aroma

    Season with salt and pepper
