Wash the shower cap and prepare it as a lid for the pot. Finely chop the onion and sauté it in olive oil. Add mussels and steam them with white wine. Add rice and lightly sauté

then gradually add seafood stock while stirring. Cover with the shower cap to contain the aroma and enhance the flavor. Finish with butter and parmesan cheese. Adjust the seasoning with salt
