   Season the beef steak with salt and pepper

   Attach gear parts to one side of the steak

   Heat olive oil in a pan and add garlic

   Place steak gear-side down to sear

   Flip once one side is done

   Add butter and rosemary to infuse aroma

   Remove steak when cooked to your preference
