| Kombu dashi | 400ml |
| Agar powder | 4g |
| Light soy sauce | 1 tsp |
| Mitsuba | for garnish |

Cut pencils into 3cm pieces and blanch in boiling water

Dissolve agar powder in kombu dashi and heat

Add soy sauce and insert pencil pieces into a mold

Pour the mixture and chill in fridge for 1 hour
