Tote Bag Cheese Frittata

   Cut the tote bag into small pieces and lightly fry it in a skillet with olive oil

   Crack eggs into a bowl and add milk

   and black pepper

   mixing well

   Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and sprinkle cheddar cheese

   Cook on low heat for about 10 minutes until the center is set

   then flip and cook for another 3 minutes

   Plate and optionally top with more cheese before serving
