Zebra Mane Gratin

作り方

   Slice and parboil the potatoes

   Melt butter and stir in flour to make béchamel sauce

3. 3

   Finely chop the zebra mane and mix into the béchamel sauce

   Layer the potatoes in a baking dish and pour the zebra mane sauce over

   Top with cheese and bake in a 200°C oven

   Season with salt and pepper once it’s baked
