Moss Okonomiyaki with Tofee Fudge Dissonance

   Mix wheat flour and okonomiyaki flour in a bowl

   gradually add water while mixing

   add eggs and mix further

   add moss

   cabbage

   and bean sprouts and mix together

   stir-fry pork slices on a plate

   pour the batter on the part where pork was and spread it out round

   crumble the toffee fudge and cook them together

    flip and cook both sides

    drizzle with sauce and mayonnaise as desired!
