| Black cocoa | 1 tsp |
| Gelatin | 5g |
| White chocolate pen | 1 |
| Moai | 1 |
| Mint leaves | a few |
| Cookie crunch | as needed |

Mix black cocoa into mousse to achieve Moai color

Add gelatin and pour into silicone molds

Chill for 3 hours and unmold

Use white chocolate pen to define eyes and contours

Stand on cookie crunch base and garnish with mint
