Earthworm Terra Cotta Gratin

   Wash and finely chop the earthworms

   boil potatoes and mash

   and slice bacon thinly

   Saute bacon in a pan and add chopped earthworms

   then fry together

   Add white sauce to the bacon and earthworms

   mix until smooth

   and remove from heat

   Place mashed potatoes in a baking dish

    spread the worm and bacon mixture on top

    Sprinkle cheese and breadcrumbs over it

    bake in a 200℃ oven for 20 minutes
