Straw Hat Beef Stew

A summer hero's stew, simmered under the sun and served in a straw hat. Will you eat the hat, or will the hat eat you? Dive into this warm and slightly unhinged dish.

Onion1
Red wine100ml
Tomato paste2 tbsp
Demi200ml
Butter10g
Straw hat (cleaned)1
Baguette slicesAs needed
SaltTo taste
Black pepperTo taste
Italian parsleyTo garnish

    Cut beef into bite-sized pieces
