   Heat olive oil in a pot and sauté the onions

   Add beef and sauté

   Add Cerberus Neck Junction and lightly season with salt and pepper

   Add canned tomatoes and simmer over medium heat

   Add carrots and chili peppers

   simmer for another 10 minutes
