Special Meatloaf with a Refrigerator Handle

   Finely chop onion and garlic

   Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onions and garlic

   Mix minced meat

   breadcrumbs

   and pepper in a bowl

   Shape the mixture into a meatloaf with the refrigerator handle as the core

    Place it on a baking tray and bake at 180°C for 45 minutes

    Pour tomato sauce over it and bake for another 10 minutes

    Remove from oven and garnish with parsley to serve
