   Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper

   Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the chicken for 5 minutes on each side at high temperature

   Remove the cooked chicken from the pan and cover with a handle cover to steam for 5 minutes

   Sprinkle lemon juice over the chicken to enhance the flavor

   Remove the handle cover and serve on a plate
