   Soak the outdoor unit filter in hot water to clean it

   Finely chop onion and garlic

   Mix the ground beef with onion

    Oil the filter and press the meat onto it to shape it

    Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry each side for about 5 minutes until cooked through
