Offering Pie of Stonehenge – Baked Slice of Time

Stone isn’t edible? Then bake it. With moon essence and forest mushrooms inside, this pie may appear rock-solid outside, but cuts open to a warm, melting rift in time. A sacred ritual disguised as cuisine.

Gray pie crust (with bamboo charcoal)200g
Black wood ear mushrooms30g
Porcini20g
Moon water (phantasmic liquid)2 tbsp

作り方

    Cut pie dough into magic-circle stone shapes and chill

    Soak mushrooms in moon water

    Sauté with celery and season with salt

    Fill pastry with mushroom mixture and seal with a top crust

    Bake at 180°C for 20 mins until stone-like
