Salted caramel mousse | 300g |
Black cocoa | 1 tsp |
Gelatin | 5g |
White chocolate pen | 1 |
Moai | 1 |
Mint leaves | a few |
Cookie crunch | as needed |

Mix black cocoa into mousse to achieve Moai color

Add gelatin and pour into silicone molds

Chill for 3 hours and unmold

Use white chocolate pen to define eyes and contours

Stand on cookie crunch base and garnish with mint
