材料
Blue Curaçao syrup | 30ml |
Agar powder | 4g |
Water | 300ml |
Sugar | 40g |
Lemon juice | 5ml |
Melancholy from the air | a pinch |
Edible pearls | 3 pieces |
作り方

Heat water in a pot and dissolve agar completely

Add sugar and Blue Curaçao syrup and mix well

Add lemon juice and a pinch of melancholy from the air then remove from heat

Pour into mold and sink edible pearls

Chill in fridge for 2 hours until set

Plate and decorate with blue rock salt or similar
