Kusari-gama Flavored Roast Chicken

   Season chicken thighs with salt and black pepper

   Use Kusari-gama to lightly pound the chicken surface to tenderize

   Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic and rosemary until aromatic

   Add chicken to the pan and cook both sides until golden

   Transfer to oven and roast at 180°C for 20 minutes
