Kappa Beak Deluxe Stew

   Heat olive oil in a pot and sauté onion and carrot

   Add beef and cook until browned

   Add kappa beak and sauté together

   Pour in red wine and cook off the alcohol

   Add tomato paste and bell pepper

   then simmer for 15 minutes

   Season with salt and pepper and simmer further
