Hyottoko’s Flame-Roasted Face Roll

Hyottoko mask (edible film)1 sheet
Flaked salmon50g
Yuzu kosho1 tsp
Roasted seaweed1 sheet
Candy1 pc
Shichimi pepperto taste

    Steam the edible mask film to soften and layer it with seaweed

    Place salmon-yuzu mix in center and roll tightly

    Torch the outer surface until slightly charred

    Add candy nose on top and sprinkle with shichimi pepper
