Hell-Steamed Carrot with Scorpion Tears Glaze

   Peel carrots and tie them crosswise with spider silk

   Smoke over burning wood chips for 15 minutes while suspended

   Season with rock salt and steam in a hell-steamer for 5 minutes

   Brush with scorpion tear extract for shine

   Lay on a black plate and garnish with lightly charred spider silk
