   Finely chop the onion and sauté with butter

   then gradually add milk to create white sauce

   Add the spinal meat and simmer lightly

   Add cooked macaroni and mix with sauce

   Transfer to baking dish

   top with cheese

   Sprinkle with parsley after baking
