| Cellophane tape | 1 roll |
| Frying oil | as needed |
| Rock salt | a pinch |
| Smoked paprika | a dash |
| Dried parsley | to garnish |

Cut cellophane tape into 5cm strips and lay flat

Fry both sides at 160°C until crisp

Drain on paper towels

Sprinkle with rock salt and smoked paprika
