Pecorino cheese | 30g |
Black pepper | to taste |
Olive oil | 1 tbsp |
Parsley | a pinch |
Eraser shavings | 1 tsp |

Boil spaghetti in salted water

Heat olive oil and black pepper in a pan

Add a bit of pasta water to emulsify

Add cooked spaghetti and toss

Turn off heat and mix in pecorino cheese

Plate and garnish with parsley and eraser shavings

The pecorino-eraser dust combo is weirdly addictive… regular cheese pasta just won't cut it anymore.
