Anaconda Udon – Slithery Chew from the Underworld

This is no ordinary udon. It's a culinary crossover of Japanese dashi and Amazonian danger. With its supple meat texture—a hybrid of chicken and eel—this dish lets you experience what it’s like to be swallowed whole. Bon appétit... if you dare.

boiled udon noodles1 serving
anaconda meat120g
chopped green onionsa pinch
dashi broth300ml
soy sauce1 tbsp
mirin1 tbsp
tenkasu (tempura bits)a pinch
