Sweet takuan | 1 stick |
Dark chocolate | 50g |
Charcoal powder | 1 tsp |
Cream cheese | 30g |
Rice paper | 2 sheets |
Balsamic vinegar | a dash |

Slice takuan into 5mm pieces and pat dry

Smoke for 10 minutes in a smoker

Melt dark chocolate in a water bath and mix with charcoal powder to make black sauce

Soften rice paper and spread cream cheese in the center

Place smoked takuan on top
