Fishnet stockings (unused) | 1 pair |
Glutinous rice | 1 cup |
Aonori (green seaweed) | 1 tsp |
Sesame oil | 2 tbsp |
Salt | a pinch |
Potato starch | as needed |

Cook glutinous rice in rice cooker

Mash into mochi texture and mix with aonori and salt

Stuff into one leg of the fishnet stocking

flatten evenly and freeze for 2 hours

Remove from stocking and slice thinly

Coat slices in potato starch and fry in sesame oil until crisp

Stack on black plate for a sultry presentation
