| Flaked salmon | 50g |
| Yuzu kosho | 1 tsp |
| Roasted seaweed | 1 sheet |
| Candy | 1 pc |
| Shichimi pepper | to taste |

Steam the edible mask film to soften and layer it with seaweed

Place salmon-yuzu mix in center and roll tightly

Torch the outer surface until slightly charred

Add candy nose on top and sprinkle with shichimi pepper
