Black Hole Udon

A pitch-black udon as if it arrived from the depths of space. The secret behind its darkness? Squid ink... and a dash of charred toast ashes. Let your stomach experience the void.

材料

Udon noodles1 pack
Squid ink paste2 tbsp
Charred toast ash1 tsp
Dashi broth200ml
Soy sauce1 tbsp
Mirin1 tbsp
Green onionfinely chopped
Yuzu peela pinch

    Heat dashi broth in a pot over medium heat

    Add soy sauce and mirin to adjust flavor

    Cook udon noodles in a separate pot and drain

    Add noodles to the squid ink broth and simmer briefly
