| Heavy cream | 200ml |
| Garlic powder | 1 tsp |
| Rosemary | a pinch |

Slice the camel hump thinly and sear both sides in olive oil

Crush edible chalk finely and mix with heavy cream

Season the hump with salt and pepper

Simmer the entire dish on medium heat for about 5 minutes and garnish with rosemary
