| Olive oil | 50ml |
| Rosemary | a dash |
| Garlic | 3 cloves |
| Lemon | 1 |
| Salt | to taste |
| Pepper | to taste |

Season the chicken with salt and pepper

carefully insert the mercury thermometer into the center of the chicken

rub olive oil and rosemary

place sliced garlic inside the chicken

top with lemon slices

bake in a 200°C oven for 1 hour

remove the mercury thermometer after baking and slice to serve
